Returns & Refunds Policy

At GNG Natural Skincare, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we maintain a strict policy where returns or refunds are not accepted unless the issue is determined to be on our part.

Conditions for Refund or Return

You are entitled to a refund or return only if:

  1. The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described at the time of delivery.

  2. The error was caused directly by us during the manufacturing or fulfillment process.

Reporting Issues

If you encounter any issue that meets the above criteria, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following details:

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Photographic evidence of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

If your request is approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement product at no additional cost.

  • Or, issue a full refund to the original payment method within 30 days of confirmation.

Exclusions

We cannot offer refunds or accept returns for the following:

  • Products purchased under promotional or clearance sales.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage after delivery.

  • Issues reported after 7 days of delivery.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees for returns (if applicable) will only be covered by us if the issue is on our part.

  • We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item for inspection.
